Grammangal works with schools and school systems, whether Government or privately run, to train teachers in constructivist teaching-learning methodologies on a large scale, and enhance their capacity to achieve improved learning outcomes in their classrooms. The objective of the teacher training program is to enable the teachers to become facilitators of learning for their students.

Teacher Training programs are structured to meet the needs of participants. Broadly, they are aimed at improving understanding the principles brain-based learning and child development, provide guidance for developing inclusive student-friendly classrooms, conducting structured learning activities for the class, group learning, making teaching-learning aids with locally available material, etc.

Handholding support is provided to the participants as they implement the new methodology in their classrooms.
